HOPE and HCI Distribute 400 Iftar Boxes in Ghaggar

Dear HOPE Friends,

HOPE - in collaboration with our long-time trusted donor, HCI - distributed 400 iftar boxes in Ghaggar to the underserved population.

Ghaggar is a rural area about 25 miles from Karachi, Pakistan, on the road to Thatta. Because of the yearly flooding cycle, Ghaggar remains impoverished and prone to water-borne diseases such as malaria and typhoid. The constituents are largely underserved and in need of basic facilities. HOPE currently operates a school and vocational center in Ghaggar to help uplift this population from poverty.
